Community Recycling Network UK
The national Community Recycling Network. Provides support services to the community sector, publishes an e-newsletter, organises events and conferences. Part of ReAlliance, the partnership organisation for CRN UK, FRN, CCN, which provides business support to social enterprises.
Devon Community Composting Network
Community composting, home composting and helping schools to compost their waste.
Furniture Reuse Network
The FRN is the national body which supports, assists and develops charitable re-use organisations across the UK. They do this to reduce poverty by helping households in need access furniture, white goods and other household items at affordable prices. In addition, they support re-use organisations in providing training and work placement opportunities for people who are socially excluded.
Grassroots Recycling Network
USA-based network promoting community solutions to resource use and recovery. Excellent site for information on Zero Waste theory and practice.
London Community Resource Network
LCRN see waste as a resource, they produce e-newsletters, and have received £8m funding for a London wide reuse network
National Community Composting Network
The Community Composting Network supports and promotes the community management and use of waste bio-degradable resources . It is a members’ organisation, self-managed by an elected committee of members.
